Club Awards
Every year the club holds its annual Presentation Evening in which the best performances of the last season (from 1st October of the preceding year to 30th September of the current one) are recognised.
The presentation of awards is governed by a number of rules which are outlined here.
- Second-claim members are not eligible for the main awards.
- Only members that have paid their annual subscriptions by the time of the Presentation Evening are eligible for awards.
- In some years awards have not been made where there were an insufficient number of runners in an age category. "No award" will be shown in such a case.
Awards for 2008 - 2009
Mark Baker took his first club championship (and the first time in over a decade that Roy Palmer's name had not been on the Championship plate) and Jenni Van Deelen regained the title she last won in 2006.
The cross-country awards were presented at a separate occasion earlier in the year.
